Urban Raga Music School is looking for a young, disciplined, organised and proactive Customer Relations Officerwho can handle customer enquiries and coordinate day-to-day activities between students, parents, teachers, vendors and our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle new enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and walk-ins
- Communicate professionally with students and parents
- Follow up on enquiries, trials and admissions
- Coordinate with teachers regarding classes, schedules and student requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up until assigned work is completed
- Support the planning and execution of school examinations, events and student recitals
- Prepare and manage schedules, checklists and follow-ups
- Maintain proper records and provide regular updates to the management
- Support general centre operations and administration
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure timely execution

Who Can Apply?

- Fresh graduates, freshers and interns are welcome
- Candidates staying in or around Kalyan Nagar,



Banaswadi and nearby areas will be preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Disciplined, punctual and responsible
- Robust organising and follow-up skills
- Comfortable speaking with parents, students, teachers and vendors
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp and Google/Microsoft productivity tools
- Willingness to learn and take ownership

Added AdvantageBasic knowledge or interest in AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity/automation tools will be an added advantage. Prior experience is not mandatory. Experience in a school, education institute, music academy, customer service, front office or administration is helpful, but freshers with the right attitude and execution capability are equally encouraged to apply.
