Waplify is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform that helps businesses manage WhatsApp broadcasting, campaigns, automation, and customer communication.
Role
We are looking for a Customer Onboarding & Technical Support Executive who will help customers successfully set up and use Waplify, resolve their questions, and coordinate with our technical team whenever technical assistance is required.
Responsibilities
- Onboard current Waplify customers and assist with account setup.
- Explain product features and guide customers through the platform.
- Handle customer questions, doubts, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot issues and identify whether they are related to configuration, WhatsApp, or the product.
- Coordinate with the technical team to resolve complex issues.
- Keep customers updated and ensure their issues are properly resolved.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the product/technical team.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of technology and SaaS products.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Comfortable learning APIs, webhooks, WhatsApp Business Platform, and automation tools.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
- Good spoken and written English & Hindi.
- Technical background such as BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or a related field is a plus.
- Candidates must have their own Laptop and a dedicated Mobile Phone for calling duties.

Work Arrangement
- Hybrid – Guwahati, Assam. The role will primarily involve online work, with office attendance required when necessary.
