We are looking for an organized and responsible Customer Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order follow-ups and ensure our customers receive their orders smoothly.

Location: Meerut, Uttar Pradesh

Work Mode: Work from Office

Employment: Full time

Salary: ₹12,000–₹15,000/month + performance incentives

Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated, responsible and persistent Customer Operations Executive to join our team at CanineJoy Gears.

This role is primarily focused on ensuring that orders are confirmed, dispatched, delivered and followed up properly , while also helping us recover potential lost orders and collect customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate confirmed orders with the packing team and ensure timely dispatch.
- Track shipments and follow up.
- Contact customers with NDRs and understand the reason for failed delivery.
- Coordinate with courier/shipping partners and help customers connect with delivery agents when required.
- Follow up on NDR orders until they are successfully delivered or properly resolved.




- Send WhatsApp follow-ups when customers don't answer calls.
- Call customers after delivery to check their experience and request Google and website reviews .
- Collect customer feedback, photos and videos where appropriate.
- Maintain simple records in Excel/Google Sheets .
- Share important customer feedback and recurring issues with the team.
- Maintain a weekly record of reviews and customer follow-ups.

- Takes complete ownership of their tasks and does not need constant supervision.
- Is dedicated, responsible and persistent with follow-ups.
- Is organized and pays attention to details.
- Can read and write basic English .
- Is fluent/comfortable in Hindi .
- Is willing to learn and take responsibility as the company grows.

Qualifications

- 12th pass or graduate.
- Basic computer/laptop knowledge.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Good Hindi communication skills.
- Basic English reading and writing.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior e-commerce experience is not required .
