The role includes setting standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance while coordinating efforts across multiple teams to deliver robust and effective software solutions that align with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in managing and optimizing IT service workflows and processes using ServiceNow ITSM modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in performance tuning and ensuring high availability of ITSM applications.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
