As a ServiceNow Senior BPC, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals.

- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing and leading software development teams to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and ensuring code quality standards.
