We are seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead to drive Agile delivery for a multi-domain automotive bench validation program spanning Quality, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity, and Regulatory workstreams. The role owns sprint execution, cross-team coordination between offshore and onsite counterparts, and governance reporting across a 2-week sprint cadence, ensuring committed story points, coverage KPIs, and bench utilization targets are met and transparently reported to client stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint review, retrospective) across a 2-week sprint cadence for the bench validation POD.
- Track and report committed, completed, and carryover story points maintain sprint burndown and release-level delivery visibility.
- Coordinate delivery dependencies between offshore (India) execution teams and the onsite Ford counterpart team.
- Own weekly status reporting (coverage metrics, defect trends, bench utilization) and support monthly executive KPI reviews.
- Remove delivery blockers related to bench availability, tooling access, and cross-domain (FuSa/Cyber/Regulatory/Quality) dependencies.
- Drive adherence to client governance requirements, including AI-assisted-method review cadence and traceability alignment checkpoints.
- Manage RAID (risks,



assumptions, issues, dependencies) log and escalate material delivery risks to program leadership.
- Support resource and capacity planning across the POD in coordination with the Test Architect and Domain SMEs.

Professional & Technical Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with 4+ years as a Scrum Master/Delivery Lead in an automotive or embedded systems engagement.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Working understanding of automotive V&V; delivery — HIL/bench-based testing, ASPICE-aligned delivery, and FuSa/Cyber/Regulatory workstreams.
- Hands-on experience with Jira for sprint board management, story point tracking, and burndown reporting — kept distinct from TestRail (execution progress monitoring) and Jama Connect (traceability status monitoring), which this role tracks but does not own.
- Experience using Confluence/SharePoint for delivery documentation and status reporting, and Power BI (or equivalent dashboarding tool) for KPI and coverage-trend reporting to client executives.
- Experience managing globally distributed onsite–offshore delivery teams and stakeholder communication across time zones.
- Strong governance and reporting discipline — able to produce weekly/monthly status materials for client executive review.
- Familiarity with client-mandated toolchain and governance constraints (e.g., no independent supplier-owned frameworks) and ability to enforce this within team practices.

Additional Information
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile program/delivery management, automotive domain preferred.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru/Pune office (offshore, supporting a US-based onsite counterpart team).
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required.
