Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.

He / She should drive monthly release planning and prioritization of tickets impacting business and customer. Work closely with UI/UX design agency. This includes creating briefs, design review and clarification, business stakeholder alignment and final design approval.

Communicate changes to the SPAs are in alignment with HMA business requirements and embedded correctly in the current HMA technology ecosystem throughout the related systems to relevant teams and stakeholders. Perform UAT limited to newly developed/fixed functions or features, user experience areas and ensure design consistency throughout the respective front-end channels (app). Follow-up on incidents prioritizing high severity (P1 and P2) issues with all stakeholders involved.





Support HMA in identifying root causes to production/regression issues and customer-raised issues via Hyundai AutoEver America, LLC ( HAEA ) JIRA for SPA. Provide on demand Google Analytics export of SPA data usage reports via email. Support ad hoc analyses and reports for business teams.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and maintain high standards of code quality.

- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Familiarity with integration of software components in distributed environments.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Good in oral / written communications and manage independently. Connected car experience is bonus

- The candidate should have minimum 6 plus years of experience in Connected Vehicles.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
