Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.

He / She should participate and manage GEN2/GEN3 defect meetings. Monitor the deployment to the Production environment for all Telematics features and Application Programming Interfaces ( APIs ) to ensure the configuration settings in the domain. Participate and support incident/outage calls and engage HMA suppliers/partners including, but not limited to HAEA, ZUORA, and In-Touch for required support.

Provide the validation support, create the incident summary, follow up the root-cause analysis, and share the monthly system uptime report. Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports for GEN2, GEN3, Digital Key, Wi-Fi, and any new functionality issue management that highlight the main issues by category and provide trends analysis. Monitor and update JIRA tool used by Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. ( HATCI ) or Hyundai Motor Company ( HMC )



to create HMA JIRA tickets of the issues found during audit testing post start of production issues that are assigned to HMA.

Document and maintain an incident/issue findings and lessons learned summary for future reference and consideration before operational program launches and deployments.

Review Quality Information

Reports ( QIR s ) in Product Quality Management System ( PQMS ) and support preparing the response for a better product quality.
