Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.

He / She should establish and maintain traceability between requirement and test cases. Develop test cases / scripts for smoke and regression testing for app, web and in-vehicle connected experience.

Should take ownership on issue resolution, defect monitoring and change management. Should prioritize and discuss in scrum / standard stake holder meetings.

Dynamic test execution where needed based on priority and importance of the issue by keeping speed to market in the mind. He/She should support in the audits, ensure follow up/issues retest and closure





Continuous test automation to improve or increase the efficiencies and use GenAI/Co-Pilot tools

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development and maintain high standards of code quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Connected Vehicles.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems.
- Familiarity with integration of software components in distributed environments.
- Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Good in oral / written communications and manage independently. Highlight issues and risks with the Accenture management before raising with the client.
- Connected car experience is bonus

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 6 Plus years of experience in Connected Vehicles.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
