- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and experience applying them in SAP environments.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA applications.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues within SAP systems.
- Ability to work with database procedures, data modeling, and integration techniques specific to SAP HANA.
- Understanding of agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration practices.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
