- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Performs data analysis to uncover insights driving profitable business decisions across pharmaceutical distribution. Develops interactive dashboards and BI reports. Interprets complex datasets for diagnostic and predictive analytics including supply chain KPIs. Validates data for accuracy, processes audit reports,
and maintains data governance standards. Communicates findings effectively to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional &
- Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Solid experience in data modeling, report development, and dashboard creation using Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Ability to integrate data from multiple sources and optimize data flows for performance and accuracy.
- Familiarity with database querying languages and data transformation techniques.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to business intelligence solutions.
- Capability to work within agile development environments and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

SQL: complex queries, joins, aggregations across RDBMS

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
