– Executive (Collection) Company: Sikka Group Location: Sector 98, Noida Position: Executive (Collection) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Department: CRM (Collections) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 2 - 7 Years Job Summary Sikka Group is looking for an experienced Executive - Manager (Collection) to lead and manage the collection function. The role involves overseeing customer payment collections, managing a collection team, ensuring timely realization of outstanding dues, and coordinating with CRM, Finance, Sales, and Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities  Lead CRM Collection team to achieve monthly and quarterly collection targets.  Develop and implement effective strategies for timely recovery of outstanding customer payments.  Monitor customer accounts, pending instalments, overdue payments, and payment commitments.  Ensure regular follow-ups with customers through calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.  Review collection reports and track individual and team performance against targets.  Handle escalated customer cases related to payment delays, outstanding dues, and account-related issues.



 Monitor customer commitments and ensure follow-up until payment realization.  Support reconciliation of customer accounts and resolve payment-related discrepancies.

Candidate

Requirements  Graduate/MBA in any relevant discipline.  2 –7 years of experience in collections/CRM, preferably within the real estate industry .  Prior experience in managing a collection team is preferred.  Strong knowledge of real estate payment collection processes.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.  Strong leadership and team-management abilities.  Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM/ERP software, and MIS reporting .  Solid analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work under targets and manage high-value customer accounts.
