Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Finance teams.
Update customer records in the CRM system.
Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
Prepare CRM reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and high customer satisfaction.
Support customer retention and identify business opportunities.
Requirements Graduate in any discipline.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
