Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365 Sales CRM, and Microsoft Power Platform.

- Mandatory certifications: PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals), AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals), and PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).

- Positive understanding of banking applications, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies.

- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Basic understanding of software development concepts, DevOps practices, application architecture, and cloud technologies.

- Working knowledge of OLTP/OLAP concepts, network protocols, and cybersecurity fundamentals.

- Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, and Oracle databases.

- Ability to understand business requirements and coordinate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and application teams.

- Knowledge of banking/financial services applications and processes will be an added advantage.
