Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join our team in the Real Estate Industry. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in customer relationship management, customer coordination, follow-ups, and payment collections.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle regular customer calls, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Encourage and engage customers throughout the sales and post-sales process.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with customers regarding payment schedules, documentation, and other requirements.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with internal sales, accounts, and other departments for smooth customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records, payment details,



and follow-up reports.
- Support customer retention and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned customer follow-up and collection targets.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in CRM / Customer Relationship / Customer Coordination.
- Real Estate Industry experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in customer handling, customer engagement, follow-ups, and payment collections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and follow-ups efficiently.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
