Job Role: Crew Member

- Work at the new Baskin Robbins parlor and assist with daily store operations.

- Serve customers professionally and provide a pleasant customer experience.

- Perform ice cream scooping and serving activities.

- Prepare sundaes according to customer requirements.

- Prepare beverages and other assigned menu items.

- Pack orders properly for delivery.

- Handle counter sales and assist customers with their orders.

- Maintain counter and store cleanliness.

- Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards.

- Ensure work areas, equipment, and serving counters are clean and organized.

Additional Responsibilities For Seniors

- Handle billing and POS operations.

- Manage stock receiving and proper storage.

- Monitor stock levels and consumption.

- Place stock orders as required.

- Handle store opening and closing duties.





- Support and guide junior staff during daily operations.

Shift Timings

- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

- Rotational shifts.

- Weekly rotational schedule.

- 1 day off per week.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Valuable customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Willingness to work rotational shifts.

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow store procedures.

- For senior roles, knowledge of POS, billing, and inventory management is preferred.
