Call customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts. Follow up with customers and ensure timely payment collection. Explain payment details and resolve basic customer queries. Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and collections. Achieve daily/monthly collection targets. Coordinate with the collection team and report updates to the supervisor. Maintain qualified communication with customers.
Requirements: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a target-oriented approach.
Experience in telecalling/collections is preferred.
