Role Description This is a full-time, in office Operations / Provider Network role based in New Delhi. The role involves managing and expanding MantraCare’s provider network, including identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and partner organizations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating operational workflows, monitoring provider performance and service quality, resolving network-related issues, and ensuring alignment with clinical and business standards.

The role also includes collaborating with sales, product,



and clinical teams to support new programs, optimize service delivery, and improve member access to care. The Operations / Provider Network professional will contribute to reporting, process improvement, and execution of initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability across the network.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and support operational decision-making.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working with providers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Sales and partnership skills to help expand the provider network and support business growth initiatives.
- Operations management and project management skills to oversee workflows, implement processes, and coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or insurance operations is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with attention to detail and ownership of outcomes.
- Proficiency in standard productivity tools and comfort with technology-driven solutions and data dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, operations, or a related field; advanced education is a plus.
