Role Description The Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves developing data-informed creative strategies for performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, aligned with brand objectives and target audiences.

The Creative

Strategist will collaborate with marketing, design, and copy teams to translate insights into compelling creatives, including ad concepts, scripts, and content themes. Daily responsibilities include interpreting campaign metrics, conducting competitor and audience research, refining messaging, and briefing production teams to ensure high-impact output. The role also includes working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to present strategies, gather feedback, and continuously optimize creative performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills to lead concept development and guide multidisciplinary teams.




- Candidates should possess Brand Strategy and Writing skills to craft transparent positioning, coherent narratives, and persuasive performance-focused copy.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to analyze audiences, competitors, market trends, and campaign data for insight-driven creativity.
- Candidates should have knowledge of performance marketing channels (e.g., Meta ads, Google ads), metrics, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines with solid attention to detail.
