We are looking for a dual-threat Creative Strategist & Designer who doesn't just make things look positive, but understands the psychology of a click. We need someone who can look at a Facebook Ad dashboard, see that a creative is fatiguing, and immediately conceptualize a new angle to drop the Cost Per Lead.

What you’ll actually do:

- Conceptualize, design, and edit high-performing ad creatives (statics, carousels, and short-form video/Reels) tailored for real estate buyers.
- Bridge the gap between design and data: work directly with our media buyers to analyze CTRs and iterate on winning visual hooks.
- Develop visual frameworks and templates that our automation tools can scale across massive campaigns.
- Bring fresh,



out-of-the-box strategic angles to property marketing—moving beyond the standard "building facade with a price tag" ads.

Who you are: You are a master of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects (or equivalent video editing tools). You have 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably with a background in performance marketing, direct-response, or agency life. You leave your ego at the door—you care more about how an ad performs in the real world than winning a design award.
