About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist with a genuinely unconventional mind — someone who doesn’t just create content, but understands why people watch, engage, share and remember content.

You will be responsible for developing creative strategies across social media, YouTube, advertisements, campaigns and other content formats.

This role is for someone who constantly thinks:

“How can we make this more interesting, more relatable and more shareable?”

If you naturally study viral content, follow creators, notice trends before they become mainstream and constantly come up with ideas, this role could be for you.

What You’ll Do

Research and identify trending, relevant and high-potential topics

Develop creative strategies for social media, YouTube and advertising campaigns

Generate out-of-the-box content concepts and campaign ideas

Understand what makes content viral, engaging and shareable

Develop strong hooks, concepts, narratives and content angles

Study audience behaviour, trends, algorithms and platform dynamics

Identify opportunities to turn everyday topics into high-performing content

Build content strategies around different audience segments

Work closely with content writers, designers, video editors and social media teams

Analyse successful creators, formats and campaigns to understand what works and why

Continuously experiment with new content formats, ideas and creative approaches

Develop strategies that can increase reach, engagement, brand awareness and audience growth

Has a solid creative and analytical mindset

Can think beyond conventional content ideas

Understands social media trends and platform behaviour

Knows how to identify and develop viral content opportunities

Understands storytelling, hooks, audience psychology and attention





Can convert a simple idea into a compelling content concept

Follows creators, trends and emerging content formats

Can explain why a particular piece of content works

Has experience or strong understanding of content strategy, advertising or social media

Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly creative environment

Is proactive, curious and constantly looking for better ideas

? Astrology Knowledge — MUST HAVE

Strong knowledge of Astrology is a core requirement for this role.

You shou ld have a genuine understanding of astrology and be comfortable working with astrology-related topics and concepts.
