About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-oriented Content Creator & Graphic Designer who can independently manage our company's day-to-day content and social media presence.

The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging travel content, designing marketing creatives, managing social media pages, and strengthening the company's digital brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

- Create engaging content for travel packages, destinations, offers, campaigns, events and roadshows.
- Develop content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and WhatsApp.
- Write captions, promotional copy, headlines and short-form marketing content.
- Create Reels, short videos, stories and other engaging social media content. Video Editing
- Research current travel trends, viral content and competitor activities.
- Develop creative content ideas to increase reach, engagement and enquiries.

2. Graphic Designing Design qualified and attractive creatives for:

- Travel packages
- Social media posts
- Reels/Video thumbnails
- Banners & Flyers
- Roadshows & Events
- Presentations
- Offers & Campaigns
- Emailers & WhatsApp promotions
- Work confidently on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
- Maintain consistent branding, colours, fonts and visual identity across all platforms.
- Convert marketing requirements into high-quality visual creatives within deadlines.

3. Social Media Management

- Regularly manage and maintain all company social media pages.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories and campaigns regularly.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement and audience responses.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic monthly reports.




- Identify opportunities to improve followers, engagement, reach and brand visibility.
- Stay updated with Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn trends, algorithms and content formats.

4. Marketing & Brand Support

- Work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Product teams.
- Support promotional campaigns for international travel packages, B2B travel products, roadshows and events.
- Create quick-turnaround creatives for sales teams and travel-agent promotions.
- Maintain a consistent and professional brand image across all communication channels.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Good working knowledge of CorelDRAW.
- Strong creative sense and understanding of design principles.
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Experience in creating Reels and short-form video content.
- Good English/Hindi communication and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of Video Editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar.
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or Lifestyle industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Canva and other AI-assisted creative tools is an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) The candidate will be evaluated on:

- Consistency and quality of social media content.
- Quality and creativity of graphic designs.
- Regularity of posting across platforms.
- Social media reach and engagement growth.
- Reel/video performance.
- Timely delivery of marketing creatives.
- Growth in brand visibility and digital presence.

Pay: ₹300.00 - ₹500.00 per day
