About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Producer to own the production side of our creative output, turning approved concepts into finished work, on time and on budget, across multiple brand teams and external partners.

What You'll Do

- Take creative concepts from approval to execution including shoots, edits, design, content along with managing timelines end to end
- Own production budgets: estimate costs, track spend, negotiate with vendors, flag overruns early
- Manage relationships with agencies, freelancers, photographers, videographers, and other external teams
- Coordinate across internal teams (brand, design, marketing) to keep production aligned with creative intent
- Source and vet production vendors, studios, crews, editors and manage day-to-day contracts
- Run production schedules and keep every stakeholder on the same timeline
- Troubleshoot on the fly when shoots, edits, or deliveries go sideways
- Maintain a clear paper trail: budgets, contracts, invoices, deliverables

What We're Looking For





- 3–5+ years producing content, campaigns, or brand shoots
- Proven track record managing production budgets, not just creative direction
- Comfortable running multiple productions in parallel across different brand teams
- Strong vendor network or the ability to build one quick
- Sharp negotiator who gets quality work at the right price
- Organized, deadline-driven, calm under pressure
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, or supplement/fitness industry a plus
