We're a fast-growing D2C beauty brand built around self-expression and colour. Born a few years ago, we've since scaled into a global name — shipping to 100+ countries and building a loyal community across multiple continents. Now we're looking for someone to lead our creative vision as we enter our next phase of growth.

The Role

We're looking for an Art / Creative Director to lead the creative function end-to-end — shaping how the brand looks, feels, and shows up everywhere from product photography to global ad campaigns. This is a leadership role for someone who can set creative direction, build and mentor a team, and translate brand strategy into visuals that convert across markets.

What You'll Own

- Define and evolve the brand's visual identity across all channels — digital, social, packaging, and campaigns
- Lead end-to-end creative for major campaigns, from concept to final execution
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of designers, photographers, and video editors




- Partner closely with marketing and growth teams to align creative output with performance goals
- Ensure creative consistency across 100+ markets while allowing room for regional nuance
- Stay ahead of design, beauty, and social trends to keep the brand culturally relevant
- Present creative concepts and rationale to founders and senior stakeholders

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience leading creative for a D2C or consumer beauty/lifestyle brand
- A strong portfolio spanning campaign direction, brand identity, and digital-first content
- Experience managing and mentoring a creative team
- Deep understanding of what performs across social and paid channels, without compromising brand quality
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
- Global brand experience or exposure to multi-market creative is a strong plus
