Position Overview

We are looking for a Creative Director who can lead and develop creative concepts across both print and digital media

Responsibilities

- Lead the creative vision and direction for print and digital campaigns.
- Develop innovative concepts for advertising, branding, social media, websites, brochures,



presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Guide and mentor designers, copywriters, and other creative team members.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual communication across all platforms.
- Review and approve creative work while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, digital platforms, technologies, and industry developments.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising creativity or quality.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, Design Lead, or in a similar creative leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of both print and digital media.
- Excellent understanding of branding, graphic design, typography, layouts, and visual communication.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid leadership, team management, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design and creative tools/software.
