Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative, idea-driven designer who doesn’t just make designs — they think, experiment and create.

As a Creative Designer at our agency, you’ll work across different brands, industries and visual styles, turning ideas and briefs into fresh, distinctive and scroll-stopping creative work. We’re looking for someone who enjoys exploring unconventional ideas and has a strong visual point of view.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop original creative concepts for brands, campaigns and digital platforms.
- Create visually compelling social media posts, carousels, reels covers, stories, advertisements and campaign creatives.
- Translate briefs into designs that are creative, relevant and visually distinctive.
- Experiment with layouts, typography, colour, imagery, illustration and visual styles.
- Create designs that go beyond templates and repetitive trends.
- Understand different brand identities and develop a unique visual language for each brand.
- Work closely with the creative, content and marketing teams during brainstorming and campaign development.
- Bring new ideas, references and creative directions to the table.
- Adapt concepts across different platforms and formats while maintaining the core idea.
- Stay curious about design, pop culture, digital trends, emerging aesthetics and creative innovations.
- Handle multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of creativity and execution.
- Take ownership of projects from conceptualisation to final design.

Skills & Tools





- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Figma, InDesign and Canva is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Good understanding of social media and digital design formats.
- Video editing skills are a plus — knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI design and creative tools is a plus.

What Matters Most We’re not looking for someone who can simply use design software.

We’re looking for someone who can use creativity to make people stop, look and feel something.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
