Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Creative Designer role based in West Delhi. The Creative Designer will develop visual concepts and creative assets for social media campaigns, branding projects, digital platforms, and video content.

The role involves creating graphics, layouts, social media creatives, brand assets, and short-form video content while adapting designs for different platforms and formats. The Creative Designer will work closely with copywriters, strategists, video editors, and the wider creative team to deliver cohesive, high-quality content.

The role also involves maintaining brand consistency, preparing production-ready files, editing short-form video content, and staying updated with the latest design, social media, and visual communication trends.

Qualifications





- Strong Creative Design and Graphic Design skills, particularly for digital and social media campaigns.
- Ability to create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets across multiple platforms.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with Video Editing, especially Reels, Shorts, and other social media video formats.
- Solid command of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with Branding, including developing and maintaining visual identities and brand guidelines.
- Working knowledge of Figma or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media formats, dimensions, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to translate creative briefs and concepts into visually compelling designs and videos.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with creative, strategy, copy, and client teams.
- Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, branding, social media design, digital design, and video work.
