We are looking for an experienced and visionary Creative Director to lead the creative vision across brands and campaigns. The role involves developing big ideas, shaping creative strategies, and guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful, culturally relevant, and business-driven work.

The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with an understanding of brands, consumers, culture, and communication. You will work closely with strategy, account management, design, content, and leadership teams to turn briefs into compelling creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall creative vision and direction for brands, campaigns, and integrated communication projects.
- Develop big ideas, campaign platforms, creative concepts, and communication narratives across digital, social, print, OOH, film, and other media.
- Translate client briefs and business objectives into strong, differentiated creative solutions.
- Lead and mentor creative teams comprising copywriters, art directors, designers, motion artists, and other creative professionals.
- Review and provide creative direction on concepts, scripts, storyboards, designs, campaigns, and final executions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management and Strategy teams to develop solutions that balance creativity with business objectives.
- Present and sell creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients and internal stakeholders with solid storytelling and rationale.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone of voice, visual language, and overall creative quality across touchpoints.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in advertising, design, digital platforms, technology, AI, pop culture, and consumer behaviour.




- Identify opportunities to bring innovation and new creative approaches to client campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and creative standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a senior creative partner in shaping their brand communication.
- Contribute to new business pitches, presentations, and creative proposals.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and creative excellence within the agency.

Requirements
- 10 + years of relevant experience in advertising, creative agencies, branding, or integrated marketing.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and delivering integrated campaigns for brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign development, storytelling, and creative execution.
- Excellent understanding of digital, social, traditional, and integrated advertising.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to develop ideas from a brief through to final execution.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
- Strong understanding of current cultural, creative, and digital trends.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies will be an added advantage.
