About The Cinnamon Kitchen The Cinnamon Kitchen (TCK) is a D2C health-snacks and bakery brand building a modern, premium and differentiated presence in the better-for-you food space.

We are looking for a Creative / Brand Design Lead to take end-to-end ownership of how TCK looks, feels and communicates across all consumer touchpoints.

The Role

You will lead TCK's creative direction across:

· Brand identity and visual communication

· Campaigns and product launches

· Social and digital content

· Photography and video direction

· Paid-media creative

· Creative team and agency output

You will work closely with the Founder, Marketing and Content teams to turn brand objectives into strong creative concepts and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Brand Direction

· Own and evolve TCK's visual identity across all touchpoints.

· Maintain a consistent, premium and recognisable brand aesthetic.

· Develop creative concepts, moodboards and visual directions for campaigns and launches.

· Set and maintain a high creative quality bar across the brand.

· Lead creative direction for product launches, seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives.

· Lead the visual direction across Instagram and other digital platforms.

· Oversee static, carousel, video, motion and other digital-first creative formats.

· Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social, UGC and performance marketing.

Art Direction & Shoots

· Plan and direct product shoots from concept to final delivery.

· Create shoot briefs, moodboards, styling directions and shot lists.

· Coordinate photographers, videographers, agencies and other external partners.





· Decide what should be handled in-house versus externally.

· Review final assets and ensure they meet TCK's creative standards.

Team & Agency Leadership

· Lead and mentor the existing creative team, including designers and UGC creators.

· Set priorities, delegate work and provide transparent, actionable feedback.

· Manage external agencies, freelancers and creative partners.

· Ensure all internal and external output meets TCK's creative standards.

· Identify resource or capability gaps and recommend solutions when required.

What We're Looking For

· 4–7 years of experience in branding, creative design, art direction or a related field.

· Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, campaigns, digital creative and art direction.

· Experience working with consumer-facing brands; F&B;, FMCG, D2C, lifestyle or wellness is a plus.

· Strong understanding of premium visual communication, composition and visual storytelling.

· Strong conceptual thinking — able to develop an idea, not just execute a brief.

· Experience managing or directing photoshoots and creative productions.

· Experience leading designers, freelancers or agencies.

· Strong ownership, communication skills and attention to detail.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
