Position: Counter Sales Associate

Reporting To: Store Manager / Head – HR & Administration / Management

Experience: 1–5 Years preferred; Jewellery Retail experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome customers and provide a professional, personalized showroom experience.
- Understand customer preferences, occasions, budgets and jewellery requirements.
- Present and explain jewellery designs, craftsmanship, quality, product features and pricing.
- Handle counter sales, customer enquiries and product demonstrations.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Develop customer relationships and maintain follow-up with prospective customers.
- Support repeat business and customer referrals.
- Maintain accurate sales-related records and customer information.
- Ensure jewellery is handled, displayed and stored carefully as per Company procedures.
- Maintain excellent showroom presentation, counter discipline and professional grooming.
- Coordinate with the Store, Inventory and Accounts teams whenever required.
- Follow all Company policies, sales procedures and security protocols.
