Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Counter and Service role based in South Goa. The team member will greet customers, take orders, provide product information, and handle billing at the counter. Daily tasks include serving donuts and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the counter and seating area, and ensuring displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.

The role also involves handling cash or digital payments accurately, packaging orders, and helping with basic preparation and replenishment as needed. The person in this position is expected to provide friendly,



efficient service and contribute to a positive customer experience throughout each shift.

Qualifications

- Customer service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic retail and counter skills, such as order taking, cash handling, and familiarity with POS systems.
- Attention to hygiene and food safety, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and handling products responsibly.
- Time management and reliability, including the ability to work full time shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle busy hours calmly.
- Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Prior experience in food service, café, bakery, or retail environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic English communication; knowledge of local languages in Goa is a plus.
