Star Flyers Aviation Academy is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Academic/Admission Counsellor for our Diploma in Cabin Crew & Hospitality program.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents about aviation & hospitality courses.
- Handle leads, walk-ins, calls and follow-ups.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Explain course details, career opportunities, fees and admission process.
- Maintain leads and follow-ups through CRM.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Education Counselling / Admissions / Sales.
- Aviation, Cabin Crew or Hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- English & Telugu communication preferred.

Salary & Perks ₹40,000 – ₹60,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
