Job Title: Counselling Psychologist (On Contract)

Work Location: Mumbai, Pune and Kolkata

WFO/Onsites - 3-5 days a week (Rotational Shifts)

This position combines individual counselling session, delivery of workshops, group activities and content creation.

We are looking for someone with:

- Interest, energy, passion in the mental health field
- Must be trained and certified in counselling.
- Highly proficient in the delivery of awareness and activity-based sessions
- Comfortable in handling groups sessions
- In-depth understanding of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness concepts
- Sincere interest in working in a small team environment, and taking complete ownership of the program

Job responsibilities:

- Must be able to create module and conduct workshops.
- Must conduct confidential counselling sessions




- Must be responsible for capturing required data and follow the internal process.
- Must be comfortable working remotely without immediate supervision
- Contribute to thought leadership for overall client management

Candidate qualification:

- Post Graduate Degree in Counselling/ Clinical Psychology/Applied Psychology (Full-Time)
- Minimum 5 years of experience post masters.
- Strong people skills and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levels
- High energy candidate who has the passion to be part of an innovative and growing organization.
- Should be comfortable in 24*7 shift if needed.
