The Master’s (M.Sc.) program offers specializations in Transportation and Interaction Design, preparing aspiring designers with industry-relevant skills for successful careers in design.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic Manager – Corporate Relations & Placements to build solid industry relationships and create internship and placement opportunities for our design students.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop relationships with corporates, design studios, creative agencies, startups, brands, and industry professionals.
- Drive internship and placement opportunities across design and creative industries.
- Manage end-to-end campus recruitment and placement activities.
- Coordinate with recruiters for job openings, interviews, portfolio reviews, and selection processes.
- Organize industry interactions, guest sessions, workshops, and career development initiatives.
- Support students with career guidance, interview preparation, and portfolio development.




- Maintain placement MIS and provide regular reports to management.
- Candidate Profile5–8 years of experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Campus Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Business Development.
- Experience in the education, design, Transportation, Product, Interaction, Identity, Game, and Interior & Space Design. , or lifestyle industry preferred.
- Strong corporate network with excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.

Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be a strong networker and relationship builder with a passion for connecting students with the design and creative industry. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with senior corporate professionals, HR teams, founders, design leaders, and creative professionals and should have the ability to convert industry relationships into internship, placement, and long-term collaboration opportunities.
