Key Responsibilities: ? Manage assets, materials, and contracts for the Core Maintenance Point (CMP). ? Monitor fiber network performance against defined SLAs. ?

Support

Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) of infrastructure and access electronics. ? Monitor performance of utility equipment against defined SLAs ? Ensure uptime of utility equipment and network facilities ?

Ensure adequate material availability in CMP warehouses for uninterrupted fiber operations.



?Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment, corrective and preventive maintenance of utility equipment ? Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Workplace, and Fire (QHSEF) policies. ? Maintain fiber network quality and ensure adherence to quality standards during fault restoration activities. ??
