Core Responsibilities

Write engaging and conversion-focused content for social media, blogs, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials

Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to create relevant content

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and account managers to develop campaign messaging

Assist in creating content calendars and maintaining consistent brand communication

Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and quality

Support content strategy initiatives with fresh ideas and creative thinking

Adapt writing style and tone to suit different brands and audiences

What Makes You a Great Fit

Recently graduated or expected to graduate within the next month

Strong written English with excellent grammar and attention to detail

Passion for writing, storytelling, marketing, and digital content

Ability to research topics and turn complex ideas into clear, engaging copy

Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and accept feedback

Organized and capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously

Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of digital marketing and content marketing

Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Canva

Experience writing blogs, social media posts, newsletters,



or other content (personal projects and internships count)

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals is a plus

Experience with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is a bonus

Requirements

Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, including search intent, keywords, and on-page optimization

Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content

Genuine interest in SEO, content marketing, and organic growth

Willingness to learn keyword research, content strategy, and search engine best practices

Ability to conduct basic competitor research and identify content opportunities

Strong attention to detail in writing, grammar, formatting, and content quality

Ability to adapt writing style and tone based on different brands and target audiences





Comfortable using AI tools, Google Docs, spreadsheets, and other content creation tools

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently

Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding content performance and user behavior

Willingness to accept feedback and continuously improve writing and SEO skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of assigned projects

Understanding of different content formats such as blogs, landing pages, comparison pages, and listicles is a plus

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or GA4 is a plus

Freshers, students, and recent graduates with strong writing skills are encouraged to apply
