Role OverviewWe're looking for a Copywriter with 3–4 years of experience who can craft compelling, consumer-first content across multiple digital touchpoints. You'll work closely with product, design, CRM, and growth teams to create communication that informs, engages, and converts.

Key Responsibilities· Write high-converting copy for CRM channels including Push Notifications, Emailers, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, in-app messages, and other customer communication channels.
· Develop engaging social media copy and campaign concepts across platforms.
· Ideate and write scripts for short-form videos, reels, ads, and other digital content.
· Create compelling copy for static creatives, performance ads, landing pages, app screens, banners, and marketing campaigns.
· Develop content for product launches, feature announcements, promotional campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
· Work closely with designers, product managers,
and performance teams to bring campaigns to life.
· Adapt messaging for different audience segments while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
· Simplify complex financial concepts into explicit, easy-to-understand consumer communication.
· Proofread and refine content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
What We're Looking For· 3–4 years of experience in copywriting or creative communication.
· Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, social media content, ad copy, CRM communication, or video scripts.
· Excellent command of English with the ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive copy.
· Ability to think creatively while keeping business and conversion goals in mind.
· Experience working with consumer brands, fintech, BFSI, startups, or digital products is preferred.
· Understanding of digital marketing, performance advertising, and customer lifecycle communication is a plus.
