- Lead the contract management process from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to draft, negotiate, and finalize contract terms and conditions.
- Manage contract changes and resolve any contract related issues that arise during and after the contract period.
- Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with company policy.
