About the Role

We are looking for a talented Content Writer with a rich command of English vocabulary to research and write original, engaging articles on the history, culture, and significance of places, temples, and heritage sites. The ideal candidate can transform historical facts and available records into compelling, well-structured content that informs and captivates readers.

Key Responsibilities

- Research the history, mythology, architecture, and cultural significance of temples, monuments, and heritage places from available historical records, books, and credible sources
- Write original, plagiarism-free articles, blogs, and guides based on this research — not copied or paraphrased content
- Present historical and religious/cultural information in an engaging, easy-to-read narrative style
- Ensure content is accurate, well-researched, and fact-checked before publishing
- Use a rich, descriptive vocabulary to bring places and their stories to life for readers
- Optimize content for SEO (relevant keywords, meta descriptions, headings) without compromising readability
- Organize content logically — history, legends, architecture, visiting information, etc.
- Collaborate with editors/photographers to align written content with visuals




- Maintain a content calendar and meet publishing deadlines

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, History, Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field,or Any Bachelor's Degree with interst and experience in Content Writing.
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably in travel, heritage, culture, or religious/spiritual content
- Excellent English vocabulary, grammar, and storytelling ability
- Strong research skills — ability to gather and verify historical information from multiple sources (books, archives, local records, credible websites)
- Ability to write original narrative content (not rehashed/copied text)
- Familiarity with SEO basics and content publishing platforms/CMS
- Attention to detail and factual accuracy, especially regarding historical/religious content
- Portfolio of published articles (travel, heritage, or cultural writing preferred)

Preferred Skills
- Interest in history, mythology, architecture, or religious studies
- Experience visiting or researching temples/heritage sites firsthand
- Knowledge of regional languages (helpful for accessing local historical sources)
- Familiarity with plagiarism-checking tools (e.g., Copyscape, Grammarly)
