About MingrowMingrow is an AI-powered Business Operating System that helps businesses manage, automate, and grow their operations from a single platform.

We are looking for a Content Writer Intern who already has basic knowledge of content writing and has previously completed an internship or practical work in content writing.

Role OverviewThe selected candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and marketing-focused content for Mingrow across digital platforms.

You should understand the basics of content writing, social media content, SEO, research, and digital marketing and be willing to improve your skills through practical work.

Key Responsibilities

- Write blogs, articles, website content, social media posts, captions, and marketing copy.
- Research topics related to AI, SaaS, CRM, business automation, startups, and digital marketing.
- Create engaging headlines, hooks, captions, and content ideas.
- Assist in writing SEO-friendly content.
- Create scripts and written concepts for reels and short-form videos.
- Repurpose existing content into blogs, posts, carousels, and scripts.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, readability, and accuracy.
- Maintain consistency with Mingrow's brand voice and communication style.
- Work with the marketing and creative team on content campaigns.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, ideation,



and content improvement while maintaining originality.

Requirements
- Previous content-writing internship or practical content-writing experience.
- Basic understanding of content writing and digital marketing.
- Good command of written English.
- Strong research and information-gathering skills.
- Ability to write straightforward, clear, and engaging content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and social media content.
- Familiarity with AI writing and research tools.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, startups, technology, and business.
- Ability to take feedback and improve content quickly.
- Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Lucknow.

Preferred CandidateWe are looking for someone who has already completed at least one internship or project involving content writing and now wants to gain real-world experience working with a growing SaaS/AI company. Candidates with a portfolio, published articles, social media work, or previous internship projects will be preferred.

Stipend₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per month The stipend will be decided based on the candidate's existing skills, previous experience, writing quality, and overall capability.

High-performing interns may be considered for a longer-term internship or full-time opportunity with Mingrow.
