About the Role

We're looking for a Travel Web & Social Media Content Writer to create engaging, SEO-friendly content across our website and social channels. You'll craft destination guides, blog posts, itineraries, and social captions that inspire travelers and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

- Write and edit web content including blog posts, destination guides, itineraries, and landing pages.
- Create platform-specific social media content (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, X) including captions, hashtags, and content calendars. Research destinations, travel trends, and audience interests to produce accurate, timely content.
- Optimize content for SEO using keyword research and best practices.
- Collaborate with design/marketing teams on visual content pairing (reels, carousels, stories). Repurpose long-form content into social snippets and vice versa.
- Track content performance (engagement, traffic, conversions) and adjust strategy accordingly. Stay current on travel industry trends, destinations, and social media algorithm changes.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in content writing,



preferably in travel, lifestyle, or tourism. Strong portfolio of published web and social content.
- Excellent written English with attention to grammar, tone, and storytelling. Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Yoast, etc.). Familiarity with social media platforms, scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later), and analytics. Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut) a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.

Nice to Have Personal travel experience or travel blogging background. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress). Basic knowledge of paid social or influencer collaboration.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
