The come to work and somehow end up shooting a Reel, arguing about why an ad worked, dissecting human psychology, rewriting a hook 14 times and discussing whether a meme can sell wax melts kind.

Waxys is expanding, and we're opening a 3-month Social Media & Content Creation Internship in Bangalore.

Think of it as a 3-month crash course in how modern brands actually grow.

You'll get hands-on exposure to:

- Content creation from idea → script → shoot → edit → publish
- Social media marketing
- Performance marketing
- Influencer & creator marketing
- Branding and advertising
- Consumer psychology
- How content is analyzed, tested and improved
- What actually happens inside an early-stage startup

Your days could involve shoots, brainstorming sessions, breaking down ads and films, studying why people stop scrolling, working with creators, testing ridiculous ideas and occasionally discovering that the ridiculous idea was the one that worked. Why join us?

Someone who spends slightly too much time on Instagram.

Someone who notices why one Reel gets 400 views and another gets 4 million.

Someone comfortable with cameras, people, conversations and trying new things.

You don't need years of experience.

You don't need the perfect degree.

You definitely don't need to already know everything.

You need energy, curiosity, creativity and the willingness to get very, very good at this.
