About the Role

We are looking for a creative, sharp, and trend-aware Content Creator who can turn ideas into engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

You will be responsible for developing content that builds the TrueSettle brand, educates audiences about financial challenges, and generates engagement and leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, carousels, posts, and stories.
- Research trending topics, formats, hooks, sounds, and content styles.
- Write video scripts, captions, hooks, and content concepts.
- Appear in or coordinate on-camera video content when required.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop weekly content calendars.
- Convert financial and loan-related topics into simple, relatable, and engaging content.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on views, engagement, and leads.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends.
- Assist in developing campaigns, brand creatives, testimonials, and promotional content.

What We're Looking For




- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is preferred.
- Comfortable with shooting videos and being on camera is a plus.
- Understanding of hooks, retention, CTAs, and social media algorithms.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Most importantly: you should know what makes people stop scrolling.
