Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Mannarkkad.

The Content

Creator will develop engaging content across digital channels, including social media posts, website copy, campaign assets, and brand stories aligned with Startupmac’s creative direction. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming concepts with the design and strategy teams, planning content calendars, drafting and revising copy, and adapting stories for different platforms and audiences. The role also involves collaborating closely with founders to capture their vision,



refining messaging for clarity and impact, and monitoring content performance to inform future ideas.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content creation and copywriting for digital platforms, with the ability to craft clear, engaging brand stories.
- Experience in social media content, basic visual storytelling, and working alongside design teams to align words and visuals.
- Ability to conduct background research on founders, markets, and trends to inform accurate and compelling narratives.
- Comfort with basic content planning and organization, including calendars, briefs, and version control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and audiences.
- Ability to work on-site in Mannarkkad, collaborate in a fast-paced startup workplace, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or experience in communications, marketing, media, or a creative field is preferred, but strong portfolios are highly valued.
