Role Description The Content Creator will develop engaging educational content for ShikshaVertex’s e-learning platform, focusing on upskilling and career readiness topics. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching subjects relevant to students and early-career professionals, scripting and designing course materials, and creating digital assets such as blog posts, social media content, video scripts, and micro-learning modules. The role also involves collaborating with educators, instructional designers, and marketing teams to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with learner outcomes.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru,



requiring regular coordination with cross-functional teams and active participation in content planning and review sessions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in content writing, copywriting, and basic editing for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in research, information organization, and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, learner-friendly content.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media content creation, basic digital marketing concepts, and audience engagement strategies.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with e-learning or educational content development, including scripting for video-based learning.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Communication, Journalism, Education, Marketing, or related field) or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
- Experience working with students, edtech platforms, or career-focused training programs is an added advantage.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization are expected.
