The company collaborates with rural craftspeople, providing employment and showcasing traditional craftsmanship through exquisite ensembles and handcrafted collections. From design and sourcing to manufacturing, shipping, and logistics, Pleion’s experienced team manages all services in-house to ensure quality and reliability.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator / Photographer role based in Delhi, India.



The role involves planning and producing visual content that showcases Pleion’s vintage clothing, accessories, and home decor, including concept development, styling, photography, and short-form video creation.

The Content

Creator / Photographer will capture product and lifestyle images in studio and on location, edit and retouch assets, and prepare content optimized for social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with design, production, and marketing teams, maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic, organizing shoots, and managing digital asset libraries. The role also includes contributing ideas for content calendars, supporting campaign launches, and ensuring all visual storytelling highlights Pleion’s craftsmanship, sustainability focus, and collaboration with artisans.

Qualifications

- Solid photography skills, including product, lifestyle, and fashion photography, with proficiency in composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in content creation for digital platforms, including social media, e-commerce listings, and marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in photo and basic video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro or similar software).
- Ability to plan and execute shoots end-to-end, including mood boards, styling, prop selection, and coordination with internal teams.
- Understanding of brand aesthetics, vintage fashion, and handcrafted products, with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working closely with designers, artisans, and marketing professionals.
- Prior experience in fashion, retail, or design-focused environments is preferred; familiarity with sustainable and handcrafted product storytelling is an advantage.
- Relevant education in photography, design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
