But more importantly, we're building a brand people genuinely want to follow, talk about and be part of. /n We don't want generic jewellery content. /n We want the content everyone else wishes they'd made. /n What You'll Do /n You'll own the entire content universe of Rasa. /n From dreaming up viral ideas at 11 PM to directing shoots, working with creators, launching campaigns and building stories that make people stop scrolling. /n One day you could be creating an emotional brand film. /n The next, you're scripting a reel that's getting shared across Instagram. /n Then you're working with creators, spotting trends before everyone else, or creating a campaign that gets people lining up outside our stores. /n If it's content... /n It's yours to build. /n We're Looking For Someone Who... /n /n

- Lives and breathes Instagram, YouTube and social media.

- Understands human psychology, storytelling and what makes people feel something.

- Knows that every platform has a different language and creates accordingly.

- Can spot trends before they become trends.

- Thinks in hooks, retention, shares and conversations not just views.

- Loves experimenting and isn't afraid to try crazy ideas.

- Has exceptional aesthetic taste and attention to detail.

- Can lead shoots, creators, editors and agencies with confidence.
