Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and implement advanced conditional access and data protection policies.
- Build advanced PowerShell automation scripts to optimize routine tenant management.
- Investigate complex, escalated Level 3 technical issues and security events.
- Manage third-party application integrations via Entra ID enterprise registrations.
- Audit tenant configurations against industry compliance and security benchmarks.
- Manage daily user provisioning, licensing, and access control settings.
- Monitor Microsoft 365 service health dashboards and report active outages.
- Update documentation for internal IT procedures and user self-service guides.
- Assist in standard data migration tasks using native Microsoft utilities.
- Configure standard shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and security groups.
- Driving key KPI improvement month on month.
- Drive Knowledge Management, Process management, Client sign off.
- Drive Key initiatives, CSIP, Automations, Customer Value additions.
- Drive Ticket Reduction, Effort Reduction.
- Lead Client discussion on Key initiatives driving and outcomes.
- Lead MSR/QBR, drive Ops as per Client Sensitivities and Priorities.
- Understanding of Benchmarking, Best practices as per industry standard and peer companies which can be driven in the area assigned.
- Understanding and adopting AI in the area of operation and able to show value addition to client.
- Drive CSAT and TCSAT >4.5 /5.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related technical field.
- Experience:



4 to 6 years of enterprise-level Microsoft 365 administrative experience.
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert is highly preferred.
- Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Cloud Integration: Understanding of broader Azure infrastructure and cloud security practices.

- SharePoint Basics: Understanding of SharePoint site permissions and document libraries.
- File and Print Services: Troubleshooting, setup.
- Basic Scripting: Ability to run existing PowerShell scripts for bulk modifications.
- Advanced Architecture: Deep expertise in tenant design, domain management, and routing.
- Automation Engineering: Mastery of advanced PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.




- Identity & Governance: Expert knowledge of Entra ID Conditional Access and Identity Protection.
- Security & Compliance: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview and retention rules.
- Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication.
- Willingness to do 24x7 Rotational Shift; ability to work from office is preferred, location will be city with Yash Office.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

- Hybrid Infrastructure: Managing hybrid Exchange servers and Microsoft Entra Connect sync.
- Active Directory: GPO, Clean-up.
