Responsibilities:

- Medical Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care.
- Emergency Care: Provide emergency care and treatment when needed.
- Follow-Up Care: Conduct follow-up visits to monitor patients' health and progress.
