Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence

- Sound understanding of Employee Background Verification (BGV) processes and full lifecycle management within a forensics investigations and compliance environment.

- Strong command over service delivery metrics including SLA, TAT, UTV%, BT%, and quality benchmarks to monitor process performance.

- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint,



and MIS reporting for accurate tracking, analysis, and presentation of operational data.

- Ability to analyze trends, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency and compliance outcomes.

- Experienced in client governance, escalation management, and process improvement initiatives with a focus on reporting accuracy and timely delivery.

Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification

- Graduation or Post-Graduation (Preferred)

Experience

- BGV Experience (5+ years) Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of direct client-facing experience, independently managing client relationships, governance calls, service reviews, and escalations.

Experience handling multiple enterprise clients will be preferred.
